Hi there, I've been having trouble changing the email address that i send emails from to LPs. I've updated my account settings to my work email (shaun@17point5.vc), but the PACTs that i send out are still coming from my personal email (skuan893@gmail.com). Could you assist?

Your account email is the default email. Change your account email and make sure that it is connected through Google or Microsoft. 
To expand on Adeo's reply here: The field defaults to your connected gmail account, which is for your personal email address. Your gmail/outlook integrations are separate from the email you choose to login with.

Most convenient resolution here is to go to "Integrations" in the top right under your profile, disconnect your existing gmail connection (which is for your personal gmail), and then connect your work email.
Thanks Adeo and Woody. It was the integrations that was the issue 👍🏻
In this scenario, is there a way to migrate (or copy) conversations already initiated through my personal email when the integration is updated?

One way I can think of is to forward those conversations to my new email but I am not sure if further communications will miss the context previously established.

, all existing synced communications won't go away if you change your email / remove the integration and integrate with a new email. You should be all set to do so. Let me know if you run into any issues.
