Thanks so much, Woody, a couple of updates/comments on my end: - Confirmed that the submission is received in Hub, but no confirmation email is being sent to us nor the company submitting the deal - Also, in the new UI, I can not get to the Inquiry Form menu option on the left panel nor elsewhere as I have been looking for it. I had to switch to the Classic UI to find this functionality.
, for automatic emails on submission, we perform those as pipeline automations. If you go to the stage settings here: https://128vc.decilehub.com/pipelines/WnwygwK4/manage you will see the stage and it's automations. To accomplish the above, you'll need to: 1. Allow automations on the pipeline, you can see there is a large orange banner noting that all automation is paused, pipeline-wide 2. Set the existing action to notify the submitter to be automated 3. Setup an action to notify your team (with automation enabled as well)
