I am attempting to automate a workflow between Gravity Forms and Decile via Zapier. Although my respective permissions are enabled, I continue receiving this error message. What is occurring here?

  that error message seems to be specific to your account in gravity forms. We unfortunately cannot help alleviate those errors and you would have to contact that team
