Can you delete my account at mveryser@ecinnovates.com? I need to use this email address instead for collaborator role on another account.

Hi Matthew. I see you have a User with the email address mveryser@ecinnovates.com, and an Account "Validate Ventures". Your user can be connected to however many accounts as needed, so if e.g. your partner created a hub account, you just need to be invited to that account, and you'll be able to join with your user.

Would you still like me delete your Validate Ventures account? That way, once you are invited to another account, you won't have to switch between them.

 - Before deleting the account, I was not receiving invitations to join my colleague's account.

Now, I receive the invitations and can accept them - but I still can't access the base.

Can we start over from scratch for mveryser@ecinnovates.com by removing the existing user too?

Hey Matthew, can you elaborate on what went wrong here? Is there an error message when clicking to accept the invite? This will help me debug what the issue is.

If so, I can do some changes on the backend to manually add you to Mike's Validate account.
