Hi Jeremy, as you can see on the Left side of the files section, there's many different types of data rooms. You are right that the shared LP files data rooms will only be relevant to firms that are Decile partners and start funds, and Decile launch. However, all standard and DealMemo export data rooms can be shared freely with anyone.

So, how it typically goes is that someone might create a standard data room to store potential LP materials that they're sending to prospects, or for any other reason. Those will be under the "Standard" section. Any new data rooms you manually create will always be of this type. You can change their sharing settings when viewing them and clicking the settings gear. So data rooms can and should be used by everyone!
