How can somebody on my team who is not on this slack channel get tech support? We are having trouble with the automations to move pipelines to SEND PACT after they view the presentation.

We were part of VC Lab and didn't make the first cut and appear to have been removed from Slack since then.  Seems like many of the replies in here point back to Slack.  Are we allowed back into Slack now?  If so, how can we regain access?
