Hi Woody, one of our LPs just asked us if he can use a different email address for further communications going forward. He tried to do it himself in DecilePro, bit to no avail. What is a proper way to help him with this? Can we do it from our end? Cc @Lev Loukhton

, thanks for reaching out! To update an LP email:

  • Go to Back Office > Capital Accounts page on Hub
  • Click on the LP name, which will open a drawer on the right side
  • Click on "Contacts" tab (as attached)
  • Click on Primary Contact
  • Wait for a form to show up to update the email
  • Set the desired email
Please let us know if it worked!




Note: If you do this, he'll need to sign up to Pro with that new email address so that he can see his capital account info for your fund
