To activate your public website and allow people to fill out the contact form, you need to publish it by turning the toggle to green. When viewed in incognito mode, the email and name fields will appear for non-logged-in users. The Feedback button is only for feedback, not for contacts, and there is a separate contact button. Once published, the email and name fields will be visible to non-logged-in users.
