Under Investors, then stages & setting, when I want to add a new stage, it doesn't allow me. It is not my firm. I am a resident at a firm ,so I need to get admin access. so I am asking you so I can let the admin know how to give me access 

Understood. To do these edits, you'll need to ask the account owner (the fund manager) to upgrade your permissions on the account to admin.
