Hey  @Eric S. Heinz you can adjust the email templates. I actually suggest just taking that part out completely and just leaving "please complete the questionnaire and sign the Cornerstone LPA at your earliest convenience" so that you aren't tied to any specific date.

You could perhaps say something loose like "by end of month" but then you'll have to remember to go in and change it again for the next batch.
