When sending a Newsletter, we are facing a few issues:
  1. Unique Opens: for example, if we sent 27 people, we always get Unique Opens as 27, which is a bit odd.
  2. Content & Settings: in the To: section if we want to send the same Newsletter to another group we are unable to change the drop down menu and send the duplicate content to another group in the To: section we have to copy and paste the Newsletter and send it to other groups is there a way to duplicate the Newsletter it would make it easier for us to send it to other groups.

1. Unique Opens
Email tracking statistics are an imperfect measurement. The short summary here is that email service providers often open emails themselves, or have bots open emails themselves, in order to obscure user tracking and to preserve users' privacy. Here's an example article that can list some of the reasons here https://success.mixmax.com/en/articles/10395598-what-causes-open-tracking-false-positives-for-emails, but my overall advice is to use it to measure relative performance over a large (200-500+) sample size.

2. Yes, there is a way to duplicate a newsletter without having to do any copying!


When creating a new newsletter, you will have the option to copy a previous newsletter as a template. That will copy over all settings from the previous one.
