1. Unique Opens
Email tracking statistics are an imperfect measurement. The short summary here is that email service providers often open emails themselves, or have bots open emails themselves, in order to obscure user tracking and to preserve users' privacy. 2. Yes, there is a way to duplicate a newsletter without having to do any copying!

When creating a new newsletter, you will have the option to copy a previous newsletter as a template. That will copy over all settings from the previous one.
