I'm reviewing the Form: Investment Inquiries for the first time. It looks very promising. Is it possible to have a question with a file OR URL? (eg I prefer DocSend decks, but pdf's are ok)

Sure, I can help you with that. Currently, we don't have the option to add that field, but we can add it to our feature request list for future updates. I will make sure to cc Robert Nipshagen on this request.
