In setting up email templates, the “From” field seems limited. Can the email template be set up with the option to choose as the default: 1. The Teammate that is logged in and using the template, and/or 2. The Teammate that is assigned to the recipient? Thanks!

Hi Mickal, thank you for your suggestions. We will definitely take your feedback into consideration for future feature requests regarding email templates on our product roadmap. Additionally, I wanted to let you know that we do have the ability to send an email from "Assigned (or account owner)", which is the default choice for new emails.
