I´ve already closed a deal memo, after reviewing it and getting feedback from the VC Lab team. Now I got a Share Holder´s agreement to review and would like to have the team to take a look at it. Since it´s closed do I need to create a new deal memo for this?

Yes, you will need a new memo. However, you can also save the ratings and answers from the existing deal memo by clicking "Copy to new Memo" in the top right.
