My emails are only going to the primary contact, and the additional contacts are not being copied. I remember it was automatic earlier. What am I missing?
, this is a setting on a per-email template basis. Specifically, in closing pipelines, we have an option to send to all contacts on a capital account. If you go to your email templates, you will see an option to send to all contacts on the capital account.
