Thanks. I have another issue. I went to send an email from my funnel in the Fundraising section and it said I needed to connect with my google account. When I go into profile/integrations, there are two options to connect: Google and Microsoft. I would like to use the Microsoft option as that is the work email address and account I would like to use, but when I click on Microsoft, I get this message:
If I click on Google, it will let me connect, but then I have to connect using my gmail account and I don't want to use that email address. How can I use the Microsoft connection?
We'll start our investigation alongside this, but we do occasionally see spurious errors here too. We've found that it often does work when retrying a few hours later, so also please do retry once as well, in case that unblocks you here.
