I'm running into an issue when working on a deal memo for a company (Auvi Labs). I had previously captured an open angel financing round, and I cannot find a way to close it so that I can create a new financing for the pre-seed round I plan to lead.

Hi @Eric S. Heinz , I can mark this as closed for you. We keep these permissions tight since closes can have effects on back office (though should be fine in this case).

Can you share the close date with me here or in an email?

We'll also look into opening these permissions for when organizations haven't had official investments yet.
