some of the variables in my capital call reminder email are 'yellowed' and aren't populating in emails. When I delete them and try to reinsert, it doesn't work. Using text to add them works but they remain yellow and do not populate. These include {{prospect.total_amount_due}}, {{prospect.amount_paid_in}}, {{prospect.current_outstanding_amount}} and some others. They are green & still work in my original capital call template. How do I fix the reminder email issue?

When I send the test email, the space is left empty. Nothing populates as I said.

We've just fixed the issue with your reminder email, and the variables should now populate correctly when the email is sent.
We're also going to fix adding the variables on our side. Let us know in the meantime if you notice anything else off.
