If you hover over Failed, you will see the reason: the email template is using a variable that doesn't have a value yet. In this case, you need to go to this page and set your calendar URL, or remove the variable from the template if you don't want to use it.
We know this is not a great experience right now. But as a workaround, if you select a prospect first and then click Send email → choose the template, the variables will auto-populate. Any variables without values will stay highlighted in yellow so you can spot them before sending.

Just to close the loop here — the issue has been resolved. The problem was related to an unsupported "From" email option on the newsletter. We've updated it to a supported setting, so the newsletter can be sent correctly.
You should be able to send pacts, please just check that all the variables have a value (they not appear in yellow/red). Let us know in case you have other questions
