Hey Nikhil, it looks like you haven't signed your own LPA, thus your email address isn't connected to an active Capital account in Decile Pro. Once you do that it will show.

Yep, this is your closing pipeline. The 1a. Onboarding and Start Cornerstone Sig Email is an email template. If you click "Send Email" on your own prospect, and then "apply template", you'll see it first in the list of templates.

I have another question. Can a signed LPA be changed or voided, an existing LP wants to add more money to the initial commit.

yes, which LP? We can reset the questionnaire for the updated commitment amount for the LP to resign.

  the LP name is Ramu Jagarapu. He wants to raise the commitment to $15000.

this has been reset. You can now resend the questionnaire to Ramu by following the same steps -- go into Hub and on Ramu's row, click the "Send Email" button. You will see an option to "apply email template" → select 1a. Onboarding and Start Cornerstone Sig Email and send.
