Hi, I'm having troubles with managing two entities under my account.

There are 2 funds, Healthtech Fund and StartupYard 15. Healthech Fund seems to be ok, the second one is broken (see the screenshot).
  1. Time to time, I can see no prospects although there are 200+ for health and 60 for 15
  2. I can't switch entities, there's not the dropdown menu to select an entity
  3. When editing settings, it changes parameters for the other entity (like VC Firm Name, Subdomain, ...)
  4. When using the extension to import leads from Linkedin, both Pipelines have the same names and can't be changed (Investors, Deals, ...)
Can you advise how to fix it?

Hi! Thanks for the detailed report and screenshots. These sound like some real frustrating issues to deal with, especially across multiple funds.

To summarize what you're experiencing with StartupYard 15:

  • Prospects intermittently not showing (despite 60+ existing)
  • Missing entity switcher dropdown
  • Settings changes bleeding over to the other entity
  • Extension showing duplicate/unchangeable pipeline names across both entities

These look like account configuration issues that our support team will need to investigate directly on the backend. I'd recommend reaching out through the Decile Hub support forum so a team member can dig into your specific account setup:

When you post there, include the same details and screenshots you shared here. That will help the team resolve it faster.

Sorry for the trouble, and we'll get this sorted out for you!

Hi Nikola, it appears you have access to 2 different accounts. (Same goes for Cedric). You, Cedric and Radim each created accounts.

You can switch between these in the top right.

It appears that the sy15 account has all 3 of you on it.

My recommendation is that, you and Cedric would doublecheck any necessary data is exported from 'startupyard15' and his 'sy' subdomain accounts, and then I can delete those accounts to prevent any of this confusion.
Hello Woody, thanks for your quick reply.

We catch up with Radim and it appears there are 3 different entities. Hopefully all datasets exported, esp. Fundraising and Dealflow.  I hope you can identify them by URLs, let me list it and if to KEEP IT or DELETE. Plus adding screenshots:

StartupYard Healthtech
SYH Fundraising - https://sy15.decilehub.com/pipelines/3nOro6N6 - this is ok, KEEP IT

There are 2 flows, only the number 2 is relevant:
SYH Deals 1 - https://sy15.decilehub.com/pipelines/Rneqeenq - DELETE

SYH Deals 2 - https://sy15.decilehub.com/pipelines/PKLJDBn2 - KEEP IT

StartupYard 15 #1
SY15 1 - https://startupyard15.decilehub.com/pipelines/gNr7yPn1 DELETE THE WHOLE ENTITY

StartupYard 15 #2
SY15 2 - https://sy15.decilehub.com/pipelines/L8ZAZ7nO only this entity is relevant, KEEP IT
Hi Nikola,

The pipelines you linked are exportable and importable in the top right "import/export" button. Pipelines belong to accounts.

Once you're ready for me to delete any accounts, let me know.
Okay, the 'startupyard15' account is deleted.

How about Pipelines - there are 2 under SYH Fundraising
Can you screenshot what you see for me? I do see two deals pipelines. If you'd like to archive either of those, you can do so under -> Stages -> Settings (scroll down to archive)
To the two deals pipelines - even though I archived  "SY15 - Deals", it's still on.
