Thanks for following up! Based on what we have documented, to edit your public website in Decile Hub you would go through the Website section in the left navigation panel.

If you don't see Website in your left nav, you can enable it by clicking "Navigation Settings" in the bottom left corner of the Hub.

That said, it sounds like you may be running into a limitation based on your account type. Full website editing and Firm Admin features are only available to Decile Partners and Start Fund customers. If you are not on one of those plans, the options may appear limited or locked.
