Hi, tried to request missing tax info via the auto-email function, got this when I clicked to send email: "Failed to find or create tax notification email template, please contact support."

Hey Dave, we'll get that set up for you right now. Sorry, that email template should have been created automatically during account creation, I'll make sure we fix that for everyone moving forward.
