I have tried updating the PACT agreement several times to remove the language in item 3 that refers to US securities law. When I click Preview this PACT, it reverts to the original language, and when I go back to the Pact Agreement, it reverts to the original language as well.  Any thoughts on what I can do?

Thanks for flagging this! This looks like a known bug where PACT edits revert to the default text even after saving, and it persists regardless of browser or cache clearing. Our team is aware of it and is investigating.

In the meantime, I'd recommend reaching out directly to Decile Hub support at decilehub.com so they can look into your specific account. If you can share screenshots of your edits, that will help speed things along!

Here is the language that my local attorneys have approved.

Quidnet Ventures appreciates your interest in the pre-marketing of Quidnet Ventures Fund II (the “Fund”) and a potential investment in the Fund (the “Offering”).

For the Fund to prepare the Offering documents, please complete this LOI providing your information and countersigning below.

This LOI is not legally binding except for the terms set out in paragraphs 1, 2 and 6.
Understanding that the Offering is in high demand, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1 The undersigned represents that any pre-marketing materials were provided to the undersigned at the undersigned's request. The undersigned understands this LOI does not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy any securities in the Offering.

2 The undersigned shall not, directly or indirectly, use any information provided except for the specific purpose of considering and evaluating a possible investment in the Offering, nor shall the undersigned disclose any information concerning the Offering, including the existence of this LOI, to any person without our advance written consent. The undersigned agrees that the documents provided hereunder are confidential.

3 The undersigned understands that the Offering will be made in accordance with the securities laws of the place of its residency or registration, and, along with other matters, the Offering is subject to the Fund identifying an applicable exclusion to the formal information disclosure and registration requirements of those laws in respect of the undersigned.

4 The undersigned acknowledges that any investment in the Offering is subject to the completion and execution of certain agreements required to complete the undersigned’s subscription (the “Offering Documents”), and the undersigned's transfer of funds for the subscription.

5 The undersigned hereby expresses a desire to invest the Investment Amount specified below in the Offering. Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, nothing herein shall commit the undersigned to invest in the Offering or the Fund to accept any subscription by the undersigned.

6 The undersigned acknowledges that any subscription in the Offering is subject to the Fund’s sole discretion to accept Such investment. The undersigned acknowledges that the Offering may be withdrawn by the Fund prior to the undersigned’s completion of the Offering Documents, without recourse against the Fund.

Hey  @Mark Bregman  , I'm not able to reproduce this. Are you sure you are clicking 'save changes' before previewing the PACT?

I click on the PACT Agreement (PACT Content) and replace the current text with the text my attorneys have approved. When I click Save Changes at the bottom, it refreshes the screen, having reverted to the original text.

@Woody Butler  I still have this issue.  The other parts of customisation of the PACT seem to work, just not the ability to edit and save the actual agreement.
