Hi! After downloading the chrome plug-in and providing my API key the Decile Hub extension does not work for me. It either won't load anything or will send an error message "Error Loading Chat." Is there anything I can do to fix this?

In the meantime, could you try these quick troubleshooting steps:
- Remove and reinstall the extension
- Clear your browser cache
- Make sure you're using the latest version of Chrome
- Double-check that your API key was entered correctly

Hi Woody, I just tried again (at 11:50:17 ET) and it says "Error starting chat." It didn't take any time to load this time, it immediately said this. I've attached a photo below:
