Hi.  When I click "Send PACT" I get an empty email - no template.  I asked DecileHub AI how you specify the email template for Send PACT button and got this.  So need to ask for help and for you to give the info to the AI.

I searched Decile Hub support for PACT templates.

What I found:
- Send Pact is intended to use a PACT email template
- that template should auto-populate the PACT link
- failures usually point to missing required prospect data or a platform bug
- I did not find support docs that clearly explain how to identify the template by name in the UI

Hi! Thanks for the detailed report. Here's what you need to know:

The correct template to use is called "5.1. PACT: Send (v1)" - you can select it from the Email Template dropdown when sending an email through the pipeline.

Two ways to send a PACT email:

Option 1 - Via the pipeline:
1. Expand Fundraising and find your prospect
2. Click the "Send Email" button
3. Select "5.1. PACT: Send (v1)" from the Email Template dropdown
4. Click the green "Send Email" button

Option 2 - Via the blue + button:
1. Click the big blue + button (bottom right)
2. Click "Send PACT"
3. Fill out the email address and send

Regarding the empty template / missing PACT link - this is a known issue that others have reported. It appears to be a platform bug rather than a user error. We'll investigate why the template isn't loading when using the Send PACT button directly.

In the meantime, Option 1 above (selecting the template manually via the pipeline) may work better for you. If you're still seeing errors, please share any error codes so we can track them down.

We'll also flag the documentation gap to make sure the template name is clearer in the UI and support docs!

I deleted that template and did my own.  How do I specify the template to use?
Hey Michel, this searches for an email with one of these 2 names:
'5.1. PACT: Send (v1)', '5.1. PACT: Send'

This is definitely hidden behavior, we should probably disallow editing of that email template.
Got it.  I can see other issues too - what happens if you have both those templates?

Strongly suggest you allow user to spec template to use in Settings.
