Newsletter. It is apparently impossible to remove or add people from Recipients list. I am not sure how we added people originally.

Hi! You have a few options for managing newsletter recipients:
Adding recipients:
- Send to your entire People Directory
- Send to a specific pipeline (and target specific stages)
- Filter by tags
- Manually add individual recipients via the "Individual Recipients" field while editing the newsletter
For already-published newsletters, you can send to additional people by clicking the "Send to Additional Recipients" button in the top right of the newsletter. That will let you add people from your directory and include them in all the stats.
Removing recipients from a published newsletter is not something I have clear information on. I'd recommend reaching out to the support team directly so they can assist with your specific situation.

Are you referring to the e.g. '3 recipients', like in my screenshot here:
Those are determined by how the newsletter is targeted. For example in my screenshot I have this set to send to everyone in my directory that has the newsletter tag, which is two people, and there's an additional recipient of Abraham Lincoln there, for a total of three recipients. The recipient list is derived from how the newsletter is targeted plus any direct individuals added.
