Great feedback, and you're right that state filtering should be there! Unfortunately, geographic filtering in the pipeline is currently limited, but here's the best workaround available:

Use Tags:
1. Tag your California LPs with something like "CA" or "California"
2. Filter the pipeline by that tag to see all of them at once

To add tags, click on a prospect, scroll down to the Tags section, and add the relevant tag. You can then filter by tag in the pipeline search bar.

It's extra setup, but it gets you to the list you need. We'll flag the missing state filter as a feature request for the team to look into!
