Is there a way to enable access to the data room by domain name? If not, maybe you can add this as a feature? For instance, instead of bob@xyz.com, mary@xyz.com, and joe@xyz.com, allow *@xyz.com but still allow the stats to be generated by specific emails. This could get a little tricky if someone doesn't want to open their dataroom to every subdomain of an organization. Alternatively, and in addition, you might consider the google docs kind of protocol where you share a link, and when someone clicks on it, it generates a permission request. Anyway, food for thought.
