Interesting. We're not able to reproduce this on our side. Are you connecting via a proxy? Our hosting solution may be blocking your IP via their firewall.
This tool is using a different hosting provider, thus explaining the different firewall
I expect you'll need to access the tool from another source that isn't blocked by our service provider.
