First, please watch the "variables" video on our help center website and ensure that the variable you use as a Calendly link URL, in the email template, is correct. Secondly, I recommend sending yourself a test email through Hub to ensure you are getting what you expect. Have you connected your Gmail or Microsoft mail accounts? This can improve deliverability. Can you confirm if this issue is fixed now?
