Hi, the Calendly link that is being sent out with my emails is not working for some people. They are responding to my emails saying they cannot schedule the meetings and I have to use their links to schedule, which messes up my flow. Can you please check if something is wrong with the links on my profile?

Hi Josephine, I have booked a Zoom call for us tomorrow at 4:30pm EST just in case the instructions outlined below are not suffice. First, please watch the "variables" video on our help center website and ensure that the variable you use as a Calendly link URL, in the email template, is correct. Secondly, I recommend sending yourself a test email through Hub to ensure you are getting what you expect. Have you connected your Gmail or Microsoft mail accounts? This can improve deliverability. Can you confirm if this issue is fixed now?
