Hi Support Team, 
I am sending an email to an LP and CCing myself. I am not getting a copy, and I am not sure if the recipient is receiving. When I try to resend, I get a message that this message was sent in the last 24 hours. Why am I not getting a copy? Apart from calling the recipient, is there any way to check? Thank you

Thank you for reporting this issue. We'll look into why you're not receiving the CC copy of your email.

Regarding the 24-hour resend block: This is a protective measure to prevent accidentally spamming your LPs. If you need to resend the same email within 24 hours, you can work around this by changing at least one character in the subject line.

, you can check the email history of a prospect by visiting the "Activity" tab in the prospect's slideover:


Which LP did you send an email to with a CC that you did not receive? I can investigate that in our server logs.
An email was sent to Viren@techlabcenter.com. I just checked with him, and he did receive the email, but it went to his Spam folder. He would not have known if he had not checked Spam.  Thank you for your quick response. 

Regarding the spam, we've had some reports of this over the last few days, and we're expecting to release improvements for this starting as early as today.
