I did not received any error messages, I will try deleting and uploading just one document for the deal memo process

How long should the deal memo processing normally last? 1hr and nothing has come out

Hi Jose, we'll take a look into this one.

Jose, this page should have given you an error message of invalid format since we do not yet support parsing power point. I'll get that fixed so it doesn't just look like it's processing forever. 

For now you will need to save that power point as a pdf and then use that format for us to properly ingest it.

Thanks for the responses. Indeed I was able to get it finished converting it into a PDF. 

Here is some feedback on my experience. The agent kept asking questions as it reviews the materials and goes through each of the steps, which always ends in soliciting my "go ahead" to move to the next steps. This was a bit frustrating as I wanted to provide the documents come back and find the finished memo. My suggestion is that the questions that the agent ask must be a multiple options part at the beginning so it has all the input to run the process completely from the beginning without asking me every several minutes.
