There are three separate topics here:

1. Delivery receipts / verifying an email address

If you connect your own Outlook or Gmail account to Hub via the Integrations menu (top right), any emails you send will also appear in your personal Sent folder. You’ll receive standard bounce-back or delivery error messages just like you would when sending a normal email. This is the most reliable way to know whether an email address is invalid.

2. Read receipts

No — and more importantly, there is no highly accurate or reliable way to track individual email opens.

Modern email service providers obfuscate or block open tracking to protect user privacy. Because of this, open tracking is intentionally unreliable and cannot be trusted on a one-to-one basis.

3. Tracking pixels

We do use tracking pixels in newsletters, where they can provide reasonably useful data across large samples. However, I would not recommend relying on tracking pixels for individual emails on any platform, since the data is inherently inconsistent and unreliable.
