For the PACTs, what does the “link for a specific person” do? What I’d like to do is change the PACT amount for different people, but it appears that the changes go to both the generic and specific links.

When sending a PACT link through the pipeline, the link is automatically configured to pre-populate the form with information from our database. The "link for a specific person" also generates a pre-populated PACT form when clicked, but can be used outside of the pipeline flow. If you want to generate custom values for a specific person, choose "Generate custom PACT link" in the PACT settings. This will allow you to change the amounts for that specific person and generate a link, which you can then send to them.
