Thanks for reaching out and sharing that screenshot! It sounds like the phone number field didn't map correctly during the import process.

We'll look into this for you. In the meantime, it would help us a lot if you could share:

  • The file format you used for the import (e.g., CSV, Excel)
  • The column header you used for the phone number field

That way our team can identify whether it's a field mapping issue and get it sorted out as quickly as possible!

Hey Ariel, thanks for the post here. I see the phone number looks a little bit surprising here.

Was this from a CSV import into our system? If so, could you email woody@decilegroup.com with the CSV you used for the import?
The phone number is listed as "9.72546E+11", which appears that the number may have been converted to scientific notation before being exported.
