i have connected my initial outlook email to send from , but still it always uses my gmail to send, eventhough it mentioned my outlook mail is conencted. where can i test if the email connection is working fine ?

Hey! This is a common one. Here is what is likely happening and how to fix it:

The issue:
Your Gmail integration is still connected alongside your Outlook, and Hub defaults to the Gmail connection for sending.

How to fix it:
1. Go to Integrations (top right, under your profile)
2. Disconnect your existing Gmail connection
3. Confirm your Outlook connection is active there

How to test if your Outlook connection is working:
- Simply send a test email to one of your own personal email addresses from Hub
- Check who the sender shows as in the received email
- If it shows your Outlook address, you are good to go

Also worth double-checking:
- Make sure you are not running an adblocker, as it can interfere with the Outlook connection
- Confirm the Outlook address is a valid Microsoft email (not a non-Microsoft provider mapped to Outlook)
