Hi Hub Support team,

The team suggested we connect to resolve my challenge in accessing the AI toolkit on Decile Decile hub on login.

I'm able to login but only see Decile Base Icon.

There's no AI toolkit around despite trying to juggle around here.

Having tried logging out and logging in to resolve this, but does not work either.

Hi Nishant, thanks for reaching out and for the details!

Based on what you're describing, it sounds like you may currently have access to Decile Base only, rather than a full Decile Hub account. The AI toolkit is a Decile Hub feature, so it would not be visible with Base-only access.

Here are a couple of things to check:

Sign up for Decile Hub if you haven't already: decilehub.com/users/sign_up. You will need your invitation code to complete registration.
If you already have a Hub account, make sure you are logging in at decilehub.com and not just Decile Base.

If you have confirmed you do have a full Hub account and the AI toolkit is still not showing up, please let us know and we will dig into this further for you!
