• Header text -- the "PACT Landing Page Header Text" field can be edited or cleared entirely, which may help reduce the redundancy you are describing.
• Page image -- the image displayed on the landing page is also editable there.

However, based on the information available to me, I am not certain whether the fund logo in the header can be removed independently through the current settings. It may be a fixed element of the layout.

I would recommend trying the following as a first step:
1. Go to Fundraising -> PACT -> Settings -> PACT Content tab
2. Clear or adjust the header text to see if that improves the look
3. Use the "Preview this PACT Page" option to check the result before sharing

If you find that the logo cannot be removed and the visual alignment is still an issue after adjusting the text, that would be worth flagging as a feature request to the Decile team directly, as they would have more control over the layout.
