The newsletter option for optimized or wide is causing me a lot of grief. Most of my LPs (that choose to tell me) point out that the newsletter is unreadable. It shows as a thin image-y display.

Thanks for flagging this! The display issue you're describing, where the newsletter renders as a thin, image-like format that's unreadable, is really important feedback, especially since you're hearing it directly from multiple LPs.
We'll look into the optimized/wide rendering behavior and see what's going on. In the meantime, if you haven't already, try toggling between the two layout options when composing to see if one renders better than the other when you send yourself a test email.

Hey everyone, thanks for this feedback. I just checked out two of your newsletters and did test emails to myself with each format. Even zooming in, I haven't identified much that looks too difficult to read. Could you share a screenshot of what they are seeing?
