Right now, we don't have any options to change font size, but I'll forward that to our designer.

Regarding who the newsletter sends to, you can select individual stages to send to, so you could exclude your Unresponsive / Declined stages. There's also the ability to use tags to target your newsletters, if you use those, and in the next week we'll be shipping the ability to add individuals in addition to the other methods!

Sure, forward away, in case there is a one-off error in the styling somehow. Our design is pretty standard for newsletters and emails though.
See my screenshots for the example of our newsletter versus substack, the fonts are about the same size.

Thanks for the forward. Something else I noticed that will improve the readability of the email will be to resize these pictures. Right now we don't resize images in our mailer, and the images are much, much larger than the text, so I suggest resizing those images down too.

We'd like to add an image resizer to our mailer, but it's still on our roadmap for now.

Your thoughts about my question re: automatically sending emails when people register for my event? I don't see how to turn them on individually. Thanks.
