Hi! Great question. We strongly recommend having only one account per firm, so you're on the right track wanting to consolidate.
Here's what we suggest:
- Decide which account you want to keep as your primary firm account.
- Have that account holder send an invite to the other co-founder.
- When the co-founder receives the invite email, click the invite link, then enter the email and password already used to sign into Hub and click Sign In. This should connect you to the primary account.
- Once joined, the secondary account can be removed.
If the invite link gives you an error, please schedule a quick 15-minute support call and we can troubleshoot together directly.
Hope that helps!

I see you guys have confluence capital: https://confluencecapital.decilehub.com/pipelines/g8brrXy8
and confluence ventures: https://confluenceventures.decilehub.com/pipelines/PN7bbmDK
What we typically do here is just delete one of the two accounts, once you are ready. The first, capital, has more people in the investors pipeline, so I'd recommend you and your partner make sure you have all data from the second account (I only see 4 people in investor pipeline) added to the first, and then I can shut down the second account so no confusion can occur.
Let me know once you're ready on that.

Thanks
