trying to send an e-mail and using template "2.1.Schedule a call" (which I have customized and saved). When selecting a connector and choosing the required template, the program does not allow sending without pre-defining soma variables, which are not relevant for this particular e-mail template. I am sorry to hear that you've experienced some difficulties with variables in one of your connectors email templates.
What has happened in this case is that you already filled out some of the variables in your email template "2.1.Schedule a call", which is unfortunately not how variables work, basically you only need select the variables in your email template and they will be auto populated for you once you try and send out the email in Hub.
I have two solutions for you:
-1. Delete the following two variables in your current "2.1.Schedule a call" email template: [[Deep Dive VC]] and [[Ilona Gulcaka]] and replace them by [[sender.full_name]] and [[fund.name]]. Both of these variables can be found on the right hand side under the GLOBAL variables category.
-2. You can give me access to your account, so I can make the changes for you in your email template. However in order to do so you will have to enable the VC Lab Assistant in your account for me via Firm Settings > Team > Enable VC Lab Assistant.
Please let me know which one you prefer.
