When adding a company/organization as a prospect, the email field isn't available at that point. Email inputs are designed for People records, not organizations.

To work around this, you can:

1. Add the company as a prospect first
2. Then link a Person to that company and add their email there

If you'd like to add a contact email right away, try adding the individual person alongside the company record. Hope that helps!
