Hi Piotr, I would like to break up your question in two parts:   -1. How to add new variables in Hub -2. How to include them in an email template How to add new variables To add new variables that you can fully customize, go to "Firm Settings" and then click on the "Variables" section. There, you can click on the "+Add a new variable" button. For any website you want to save as a variable make sure that under "Format" you select URL. How to include new variables in an email template To apply (new) variables in an email template, you need to select them from the available list on the right hand side when you are in the email template section of Hub, see attached screenshot, and insert them into your template. Please note that when you have created a new variable, they will shop up in this list. They are always surrounded by double square brackets like [[this]]. When you send out the email, these variables will be auto-populated with the relevant data. Do not manually fill out the variables in your template, as this is not how they work.
