When you add an image to an email by pasting it in (CTRL-V) it is stored inline in the email.  If you use the toolbar it gets stored on DecileHub server and referenced.

Inline images are not displaying properly in Thunderbird email client.  I do not know if that is a peculiarity of Thunderbird with inline images or an issue with how DecileHub sends inline images.

There is value to be able to choose between inline vs. image references but:
  1. This behavior should be documented, and
  2. It should be possible to tell whether a picture is inline or referenced without right click open in new tab
  3. Thunderbird issue shoudl be fixed unless it is a Thunderbird peculiarity with inline images.

Thanks for the detailed breakdown! This is really helpful context on the inline vs. referenced image behavior, and the Thunderbird display issue.

We'll look into:
- Investigating the Thunderbird compatibility issue with inline images
- Adding documentation on how images are stored depending on how they're inserted
- Adding a visual indicator so you can tell at a glance whether an image is inline or server-referenced

Appreciate you flagging all of this so clearly!
