Great question! Here's how to update someone's title in the Directory:

1. Go to Directory and select Organizations
2. Find and click on the organization the person is linked to
3. In the panel that opens on the right, navigate to the People tab
4. Update the name in the Title field and click "Link this person"
5. Then unlink the old entry for that same person (the one with the outdated title)

That's it! No need to remove and re-add the person from scratch. 😊
