Fortunately you can easily fix this by opening the file (you shared with me) in Google Sheets and then downloading it as a csv file, as per step by step instructions outlined in this easy to follow arcade video: https://app.arcade.software/share/vhx9QKuwuxl2vL1r5uQL
Once you've downloaded the csv version via Google sheets you will be able to successfully upload that file version in Hub.
