could decile hub assign a special email address to every user, so that we are sending an email outside of hub, and we use that address as a bcc:, then hub would see who the email was sent to and store that email in hub and linked to the recipient. The CRM that I stopped using to adopt Hub did this for me. It was very convenient.

Thank you for your input, Bob. Currently, Decile Hub does not support this type of functionality, nonetheless we truly value feedback from our users, and we'll certainly consider this as a potential feature enhancement in the future.
