I have a number of questions to help me use Decile Hub more efficiently.
1 - Is there a way to send a response email in Decile Hub or can that only be done from my gmail account?
2 - If I incorrectly add an activity to a person who I have not contacted, how do I remove that activity?
3 - When I g to send an email, is there a way to enter a person's email at that point in time instead of going back and adding it in their contact form.
4 - Next Contact - for some reason when I add a next contact the date is moved to one day prior to the day I set
5 - Connectors - when I make someone a connector in the LP funnel, is there a way to automatically have that person added to the connector funnel?
6 - LPs - Is there a way to add a new stage for LPs which is "Newsletter". 
7 - Next Contact - is there an easy way to clear all the preset "next contact" types or customize them.  I find it too confusing and not easy to follow for my next steps

1 - Is there a way to send a response email in Decile Hub or can that only be done from my gmail account?

You can't reply to an existing email from within Hub yet, but this would be great functionality to add.

2 - If I incorrectly add an activity to a person who I have not contacted, how do I remove that activity?

There is no way for you to do this yourself at the moment. But if you ping me in a private channel and let me know which prospect and activity, I can do it for you.

3 - When I g to send an email, is there a way to enter a person's email at that point in time instead of going back and adding it in their contact form.

Unfortunately, no. The email modal can only be launched if a prospect already has an email address available. The Next Action will launch the email tool without an address entered but throw an error when it can't find the email address. This is something we need to fix.

If you can send me a screen capture video of this we will fix it asap. If you can't do screen capture, let me know here and I'll send you my calendly so we can book some time to look at it together.

Unfortunately, no, but yet another great idea. Would you envision it as an option you could click immediately after you add somebody as a Connector?

6 - LPs - Is there a way to add a new stage for LPs which is "Newsletter".

Yes, you can manage the stages for a pipeline from the Manage Stages link in the left nav. You can add/edit/remove stages and their actions.

We also have a Newsletter tool in Beta! This is probably an easier way to communicate with people via email than the pipelines. Let me know if you'd like the Beta functionality enabled for your account.

7 - Next Contact - is there an easy way to clear all the preset "next contact" types or customize them.  I find it too confusing and not easy to follow

You can customize stage actions from the Manage Stages page. Here you can configure exactly what you want to happen when a prospect enters a stage and when you want it to happen. Probably the best way to "reset" the actions for a group of people is to create a new stage with no actions, and move prospects into it, and then back to the stage that you've configured the way you want.
